^^ The yummiest, softest bread around.  I used the same knife that I was cutting swiss chard with to cut the bread, less dishes, but a lot of weird little green pieces on the bread.

Hey friends! I hope all my Canadian friends had an amazing Canada day and all my American friends had a wonderful Independence day!  We’ve been busy, busy, busy, trying to figure everything out, but in between all that we still had some time for a little picnic date.   My weather headaches are still here, sometimes stronger than ever, but nothing a good old slice of freshly baked bread can’t cure.   Here’s to another week, lets make this one even better than the last.
